Open Program
Our Open Program is for any business professional - from any company, any size, in any industry, in any location.
If you want to build your critical skills - supported by your company or at your own expense - consider joining our Open Program. In the Open Program you will meet 15-25 other business professionals. You will all discuss the business challenges where you will be training your skills in Critical Thinking, Analytical Judgement, Resilience etc.
The program includes six online sessions, and we meet on a monthly basis. All sessions are moderated by NorthStar Skills Academy, and we will always start all sessions by introducing today’s program and learning objective.

All sessions are ‘For Your Eyes Only’. They will not be recorded and all participants have agree to keep the discussions confidential.
Tailor-made Program
The Tailor-made Program is for organisations and companies which want to invite up to 25 employees and/or leaders for a program just for them. So no outsiders or people you don’t already know.
The schedule here of course is open for planning together with you. The program still includes six online sessions of 90 minutes each. But of course we can also discuss this is there are one or two sessions which are less relevant for your company.
