Our Open Program is for any business professional - from any company, any size, in any industry, in any location.

If you want to build your critical skills - supported by your company or at your own expense - consider joining our Open Program. In the Open Program you will meet 15-25 other business professionals. You will all discuss the business challenges where you will be training your skills in Critical Thinking, Analytical Judgement, Resilience etc.

The program includes six online sessions, and we meet on a monthly basis. All sessions are moderated by NorthStar Skills Academy, and we will always start all sessions by introducing today’s program and learning objective.
