NorthStar Academy in a Nutshell

NorthStar Skills Academy is a six-month simulation program that trains the human skills Artificial Intelligence cannot replace. Grounded in the World Economic Forum’s “Future of Jobs” insights, the program places participants inside real-life leadership scenarios where tension, uncertainty, and AI-driven pressure reveal strengths and blind spots.

Through action — not theory — participants develop Critical Thinking, Resilience, Judgement, and Influence needed to stay relevant and lead confidently in an AI-driven future.

The Burning Platform

AI is accelerating faster than organisations can adapt. Roles are shifting, expectations rising, and decisions that once took weeks now happen in seconds.

Beneath the surface sits a quiet question many professionals never voice aloud:
Will I still matter in five years?

NorthStar Skills Academy responds not with reassurance, but with transformation. This is not a course. It is an experience — one that strengthens the human capabilities that grow more valuable as automation expands.

Learning Objective

To build sharper thinkers and stronger leaders for an AI-driven future.

NorthStar Skills Academy strengthens the human capabilities highlighted by the World Economic Forum — including Critical Thinking, Analytical Judgement, Resilience, Influence, Deep Listening, and Imagination.

Through immersive simulations, participants learn to navigate ambiguity, challenge assumptions, and make better decisions as AI accelerates change.
